Device suitable for unrolling flex tube and various types of cable rings still packed in box or foil. With this dispenser you can easily pull cables without having to suffer from spiraling. There is a huge gain of time, because one can easily work alone. Because the cable is unwound from the inside, the foil packaging remains intact and therefore it is easy to change the cable ring without disturbing the different cables. Also transporting and storing the Spinner with the cable ring and all goes effortlessly because it does not take up more space than the cable ring itself. Bottom with four rubber anti-slip buffers.
